14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee free of charge if the product delivered is incorrect or defective. To qualify, the item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging. and a picture of the damaged product at the time of delivery.
How to Return.
- Contact our support team (insert shipping partner) to request a return dispatch note.
- Ensure the item is properly packaged and not damaged.
- We will arrange safe return shipping via a designated shipping company.
Refund Options.
Once we receive and verify the returned goods, and provided they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds can be made in the following ways:
1.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or Apple Pay). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.Direct Refund to Your Credit Card—(Please note: not applicable for Cash on Delivery purchases).
3.For COD, the refund will be initiated to the store credit.
Returns without proper packaging may not be accepted, and refunds may not be issued.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable in cases of “no longer needed” or “change of mind,” and the customer will be responsible for both the delivery and return delivery charges.
The shipping company will reach out to the customer concerning the return order. Kindly ensure the call is attended and the return is arranged with the shipping company accordingly.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are provided as store credit.
Please note that returns are not accepted at our branches. Customers are required to initiate all returns through our website.
Order Cancellation
If you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind in the case of a certain item, you can easily cancel your order. All you have to do is contact our support team, who are always available at your service at support@babimild-arabia.com. Let us know that you do not want the purchase or have changed your mind, and your order will be cancelled. Orders will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund if your items have not already been dispatched. After an order is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
